Many of you out there with an appreciation for the finer things in life may well remember the previous outing for the Golf GTI in a similar format but the news just in is that Volkswagen are set to release the new Golf Gti Edition 35 to celebrate 35 years since the iconic brand was launched. It sure doesn’t feel that long ago that the released the last model Edition 30 so what have the last 5 years changed in the specification. Well for starters it now seems that every manufacturer from Kia to Citroen are including LED lighting systems to their cars so that is obviously something that will change but those lucky enough to secure one of the premium special editions can expect unique Alloy wheels compared to the standard GTI, redesigned rear bumper, black door mirrors, exclusive 35 stitching in the interior trim and even the classic golf ball gear lever. As with the previous Golf Edition model this one will get a power increase to its 2.0 litre turbocharged engine and will have an output of 232bhp that drops the 0-62mph time to 6.9 seconds in total. Those wishing to secure an order for a new Volkswagen Golf – even with Bad credit on their file should get in touch with MSG Cars as soon as possible because the Golf Edition 35 will be unveiled in June and available towards the end of the year.
